Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The following Cancellation policiers will apply unless specified separately by Hotel / Service Provider / Merchant
Cancellation by Customer
  1. Cancellation before or upto 36 hours before CHECK IN DATE / EVENT CLOSING DATE / DELIVERY DATE - 100% refund of transaction amount. In case of physical goods, return postage charges may be charged as per the terms of the Merchant.
  2. Cancellation between 36 hrs to 24 hours before CHECK IN DATE / EVENT CLOSING DATE / DELIVERY DATE - 50% refund of transaction amount. In case of physical goods, return postage charges may be charged as per the terms of the Merchant
  3. Cancellation upto 24 hours before CHECK IN DATE / EVENT CLOSING DATE / NO SHOW / DELIVERY DATE - No Refund or Credit.
Cancellation by Hotel / Service Provider / Merchant
  1. If transaction is canceled by Hotel / Service Provider / Merchant due to any reason whatsoever before closing date - 100% refund of booking amount.
  2. If transaction is cancelled by Hotel / Service Provider / Merchant due to force majeure, NO REFUND DATE, then customer can choose between 100% booking value credit note OR 90% Refund.
In the event of any conflict between the above mentioned policies and the policies mentioned by Hotel / Service Provider / Merchant at the time of transaction, then the policies of Hotel / Service Provider / Merchant shall prevail
