The above product is warranted against defects in design, workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) by the original end user (“Purchaser”), whose particulars are available on the Kogo websitekogo.ai. This warranty is not transferable. This is a manufacturers warranty extended by Kogo Tech Labs Private Limited (“Kogo”), subject to the below mentioned conditions:
Kogos’ Authorized Repair Centers (“KARC”) agree to repair/replace either parts or components, without charges to the Purchaser, which are proved to be defective within the Warranty Period, provided that the purchase of the product was made from Kogos’ authorized reseller / dealer / distributor in India and adheres to the warranty terms and conditions contained herein.
This limited warranty does not cover accessories, removable and external parts such as batteries, buttons, lights, magnetic items, SIM card etc. This limited warranty does not cover external cables / power adapters.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT BE VALID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Repair or replacements necessitated by catastrophe, misuse, abuse, fault or negligence of the Purchaser or other users / third parties generally.
Damage caused to the circuit board / components due to spikes from electricity, generally the circuit board / components getting burnt due to spikes.
Damages due to the product being used in circumstances other than its normal and customary manner.
Damages arising from improper testing operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind.
Product which has had the model number defaced or made illegible.
Defects or damage due to spills of food or liquids, corrosion, leaking batteries or rust.
Scratches or damages to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are due to normal wear and tear.
Normal wear and tear to the product.
If the identity of the Purchaser does not match the details available on the Kogo websitekogo.aior if product details imprinted on the product are altered or defaced in any manner whatsoever.
This warranty does not cover transport, delivery or handling charges incurred during the installation/usage of the product.
This warranty implies off-site service only i.e. return to KARC only. Handling / courier charges for return or replacement will be chargeable to the Purchaser
The above warranties are given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, which are specifically excluded, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Kogo be liable to the Purchaser or users of the product for any special, incidental or consequential damages for breach of any of its obligations, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenues, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, down time costs or claims of the Purchaser or users of the product, whether during or after the Warranty Period.
This warranty shall be subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
